We were introduced to Florentina to help us migrate our entities from sage 200 to Xero. We had started the process in house but it was taking too long and we did not have the capacity. Florentina met with us, discussed the scope of the project and delivered just as she promised. In total she migrated 33 companies for us with a total of 2.6 million transactions and she did all this in just under 4 months.

Twinfield to Xero

We decided to work with Florentina after recommendation from two separate Xero/migration advisors. Our global, multi entity group had several entities on Twinfield, a software that is quite rigid and is not accommodated by 'move my books'. I assumed a direct migration would not be possible but Florentina quickly corrected me. All entities are now on Xero with complete & accurate historical data.

Can you transfer attachments?

Yes, we include attachments in our Xero Migration Services. With this new feature, we’re ensuring that your migration isn’t just about transferring numbers; it’s about maintaining the integrity and completeness of your data.

Is training available after migration?

Absolutely. We provide Xero training tailored to your business needs, ensuring that your team fully understands the system post-migration. Two hours of training are included with most migrations.

Can you assist with multi-currency setups?

Yes, we handle multi-currency migrations, ensuring that all transactions are transferred using the old system's exchange rate.

How many years of data can be migrated?

We recommend migrating at least two years of data for comparative purposes, but we can transfer as many years as required, the most we have migrated is 20 years of data.
