Before converting to Xero, we’ll address key considerations. We typically recommend initiating the migration right after a month-end. We’ll discuss the necessary pre-migration steps before finalizing the timeline.

The migration process usually takes between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your data's size and complexity. Initially, your data will be transferred to a trial version of Xero, where you’ll receive read-only access to review the migration. Our team will provide reconciliation reports comparing Xero with your previous system, highlighting any discrepancies arising from prior errors or deletions.
