Camino Group, a hospitality group, migrated nine entities from Sage 200 to Xero with Migrate My Accounts. The work included full historical migration, Chart of Accounts restructuring and the practical reporting setup the group needed after go-live.

One group structure rather than nine isolated migrations.
The Chart of Accounts was restructured as part of the programme so the entities could operate within a more consistent Xero environment. Full historical accounting data was migrated for each entity and supported by the normal reconciliation evidence.
From Sage 200 history to group reporting in Xero.
The project continued beyond the migration itself. We helped Camino integrate Joiin and worked with the team on the management reports they wanted to use across the group. That meant the destination structure and reporting requirements could be considered together rather than treating reporting as an afterthought.
Group VAT, training and go-live support.
We supported the first Group VAT return after migration and provided full Xero training. The team continues to contact Migrate My Accounts when it needs help troubleshooting Xero or related finance-system questions.

What this project demonstrates
